The Project
Late last week, one of our longstanding management clients contacted us with an urgent request. Their client was in the process of selling units at a residential estate, and the surrounding paved areas were in no condition to make a good impression.
The paving was not only unsightly—it was covered in grease stains, general spills, and significant amounts of chewing gum. With a scheduled client walkaround fast approaching, there was no room for error or delay.
Our Recommendation
Contrary to the idea that “they just turn up and pressure wash”, our team took a strategic and safety-first approach. Upon arrival, we carried out a full site assessment to determine the safest and most effective method of cleaning without risking damage to the surface or surrounding areas.
